I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 15 days of shipping date on items that have not been worn. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note: Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable.

I understand sometimes things just don’t work out. If for any reason you need to return an item you have 15 days from the shipping date for a refund on jewelry (except for earrings) for a refund. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
